Master plan and mixed use development for a 105 hectare new community in New Giza, Cairo, including a new medical campus; retail centre and hotels. The plan also defined a network of landscape spaces and corridors to enhance pedestrian usage of the site and provide green spaces to ameliorate the site.

The various landscape spaces were inspired by historic models with an aim to incorporate ‘50 Gardens of Giza’ into the plan which would bring the rich heritage of Egyptian garden design into residents’ everyday experience of their community.
