Master planning, urban and landscape design and implementation of a new mixed use quarter to the south west of the City centre including a comprehensive re-design of new and existing streetscapes; refurbishment of the existing GMEX centre; and a new 1 hectare Great Northern Square the design of which takes its references from the historic warehouse it frames; the pattern of working waterways in the area; and re-addressing the frontage of Peter Street with a new pavilion.
